ISO 37301 Implementation Course: Compliance Management Systems with an AI Risk Management Approach
General Objective

Program Modules

Module 3: Monitoring and Measurement of the System
This module covers key steps for defining and implementing compliance performance indicators, conducting internal audits, and reviewing outcomes to ensure the system remains aligned with regulatory developments and organizational needs.
Participants will gain the tools required to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Module 4: Continuous Improvement
Train participants in the application of continuous improvement principles and tools to optimize the compliance management system in alignment with ISO 37301:2021.
This module focuses on identifying areas for improvement, integrating new technologies and methodologies, and adapting the compliance management system to evolving regulatory and business environments, including those shaped by the development and use of artificial intelligence.
Assessment and Certification
Conceptual Examination:
Participants will demonstrate mastery of the concepts required for the implementation of ISO 37301 within their organizations.
Practical Case Study:
Participants will apply the knowledge acquired throughout the program to implement the standard within a compliance and AI risk management program.
